Dr. Anatoliy Yarovyi is a Doctor of Law and Senior Partner of the firm, holding Master’s degrees in Law from Lviv University and Stanford University. He was one of the candidates for a judgeship at the European Court of Human Rights.
He specialises in representing clients before the European Court of Human Rights and Interpol in matters concerning extradition, personal and business reputation, data protection, and freedom of movement. With this focus on the ECHR, he leads the firm’s case-law analysis and Convention litigation.
